Business Systems Analyst
Robert Half Technology has an immediate need for Call Center Application Analyst. This role will play a crucial role for a national call center. This role will provide problem-solving, technical architecture and support/administration for the clients Contact Center system. This position will be accountable for identifying how key business changes may impact the implementation and supported technical solutions across the organization. Key responsibilities will include the following: Subject Matter Expert
* Understand all features of the system and how to utilize any given feature going forward.
* Ensure we're effectively leveraging licensed technology, and adjust licensing/product mix as appropriate to achieve ROI.
* Drive and maintain the Contact Center roadmap in entirety Release Manager
* Understanding all new features being released, associated benefits, and potential impacts.
* Understanding changes to existing features, associated implications and potential impacts to users and ecosystem
* Coordinate and ensure appropriate testing for each release Incident Manager
* Manage and facilitate all incidents from Priority 1 to Priority 4
* Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects or requests.
* Resolve incidents
* Support of Preneed IVR, working with New Requests/Builds
* This includes collaborating on solutions, building new outbound and inbound campaigns, IVR scripts, managing the dialer, building dashboard and custom reports, planning new campaigns for various lines of business(LOB), eliciting and defining new business requirements, implementing solutions, etc. as related to Contact Center Trainer
* Train CSR's and supervisors in use of the solution and define and document best practices. QUALIFICATIONS
* >2 years of experience in supporting Contact Center system(s).
* Good communication, teamwork and general consulting skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
